Vodovnik Award for the three best student papers 

Since 2000 IFESS provides for the best three student papers the "Vodovnik Award".

The winners from first to third place are awarded with USD 500, 400, 300 respectively and will be invited to publish the paper in Artificial Organs.

Students who want to paricipate please tick "Vodovnik student paper award" during paper submission.

Requirements:

The student must be....

• first author
• the presenter in case of an oral presentation or the defender in case of a poster presentation
• present throughout the whole conference
• present at the conference dinner

The paper,  the presentation and the discussion will be reviewed by the student paper award committee according to IFESS guidelines.

"Bohdan V. Olijnyk Research Participant Award"

The Spinal Cord Injury Treatment Centre (Northern Alberta) Society (SCITCS) approached IFESS to establish the Bohdan V. Olijnyk Research Participant Award to recognize the partnership between the researcher and the volunteer participants required to move research from the laboratory to the community.
